Creatine CEE hot water mixing

Hi, just a quick question i currently use CEE i got quite a while back (at least 9 months ago) from Bulk powders.

its really thick/sorta hard to mix and as everyone knows it tastes like filth..

I've been mixing it with about a drizzle of hot water from the kettle - i find it disolves it better - then add cold water to have it - does anyone see any problems with this i.e. does the hot water destroy any of the 'goodness' in the creatine or should i be okay?

just hate getting a lump of un desolved muck in my mouth (doesnt everyone? haha)

cheers

Re: Creatine CEE hot water mixing

CEE tastes like crap, get some Pink Grapefruit squash to take away the taste.

It should however dissolve easily in water, that is really the point of it over the regular Mono.

If it is really that bad, mixing wise, I'd send it back.

My CEE from Bulk Powders mixes perfectly in cold water and grapefruit squash.

i dont think you can send a produt back if you've had it for 9 months.....lol

the cee does clump together in the tub so just smooth it out with a spoon and add it to your water/fruit juice.. it shouldn't be thick???? its only creatine!

i do get little bits in the bottom of the glass sometimes, only coz i cant be bothered stiring it any longer!

maybe invest in some more and see if it does the same!

Re: Creatine CEE hot water mixing

Im 99% sure hot water would render it useless.
Amino acids denature at 37degrees - creatine is an amino acid, your hot drizzle of water is probably over 37.

so is your point that Creatinine is produced when i mix it with water, with hot water or just CEE in general?

Creatinine is a bi product of creatine in general isn't it - not just CEE??

bit confused here by why you have said it....
