Nobody's suggested it specifically affects the liver, but it's the liver that has to deal with poison in the body. If you take enough supplements and multivitamins the liver could start getting stressed by it. So I'm personally happy to take CREE in small doses, over monohydrate at 5g+ a time.

Re: Does Creatine Work

creatine helps recovery by keeping the muscles hydrated after training if you use a pre workout supp like no xplode you sud take a post workout supp like cellmass to keep your muscles well hydrated for the vital 2 hours after training personally i use alri,s recovery.

pre workout supps like no xplode work on the basis of getting the most out of the supps you already have in your system aswell as whats in them so you need to take something to balance it out

No thats marketing mate lol

I dont rate AKG tabs myself, did nothing really for me, however NOX and Cellmass are good products.

DOnt get too caught up in products, you'll get more from food in terms of fullness. If your diet is absolutely spot on which few peoples are then additional supps may benefit.

Re: Does Creatine Work

Can somebody please clarify - does creatine helps GROWTH?

I used mono in the past, it bloated me like a balloon, strength was great too.
I switched to CEE, tastes like poison, didn't noticed much bloating but -
I'm 3rd week off creatine, on cycle and with strong AI to keep me dry, strength dropped a lot at the beginning but its picking up now, size down a bit too - but I can actually touch my neck after biceps workout, and I know that what I see is dry mass not water bloat...

So from personal experience I know it helps size - I'd pick mono here,
it also helps strength greatly - CEE seemed better at this,
but does it help _real gains_ ???
