Re: Does Creatine Work

I've used Green Bulge by controlled labs you can pick it up for about £24 it worked well for me and have seen others give it a really good review, i'll be taking this again with white blood in my next stack but that's cos i'm lazy and it's not always easy to mix stuff at work

Re: Does Creatine Work

i use these tabs http://www.bodyshapersfitness.com/pr...?idproduct=723 on training days thats 3 days 1 week and 2 the 2nd that works out at 75p for training days not bad i get 40 training days supply per tub reason for wanting tabs is i can swallow and take them on empty stomarch and powder we all know tastes naff as ell.

on non training days days i mix about 6 or 7 grams of powder in with my protein drinks so on, myproteins cee is fine for this for me.

Don't know if it works or not but i take it once every other day (when i do my weight training).
It is bloody horrible to drink with water though!

Re: Does Creatine Work

Tried CEE, mono, V12 & Kre-something-or-another (from Extreme).

The only noticeable effect I experienced from any of these was filthy wind.

I do like the bitter taste of CEE powder in my PWO shakes to off-set the sickly milky sweetness from dextrose & WPC.

Re: Does Creatine Work

Guys have a read at this, its a good read and will probably give you a better understanding of creatine manufacture and all the various types around now. http://aaefx.com/downloads/CreatineFacts.pdf.

We are also running a 3 for 2 offer on our Kr-Evolution product exclusively for UK-Muscle.co.uk members, this product has been used by PScarb, Paul Gov, etc with great results.

Re: Does Creatine Work

LAd

I usually dont use Creatine or No-Explode but since finishing my cycle all my energy was disappearing and gym was a struggle so I got some Cellmass BSN and No-Explode BSN and since I have been stacking both these, my lifts are back up to what they were at the end of my cycle, both are quality products and inconjuction with right diet and training program make a massive difference.

BSN make quality gear though is rather expensive.. In creatines CEE is the way to go get ride of the monohydrate creatine! That **** give me massive head aches this new stuff is sweet and no need for a loading phase either...

Re: Does Creatine Work

i used the bsn cellmass and no explode for 8 weeks great cycle worked well, i used it with 10 cee tablets a day from bulkpowders and 3 tabs of alri,s cr2 30 mins b4 training and 3 after.

i,m now useing 10 cee tabs a day bsn cellmass alri regeneration and cr2 tabs. i,m gonna try some extremenutrition tabs nexted, instead of bulkpowder just for a swop about.
