| Re: Creatine FAQ Thread - for all creatine enquiries I've just finished taking Super Whey Protein and now today I was talked into trying Ultra Whey Protein Isolate.
I was thinking about creatine, although I don't like the idea of the extra water retention, especailly the effect of stopping taking creatine; it would decrease your size and lower the strength acording to that FAQ. - I'd also like to know if you can just take it all year round like Tiny said.
Would taking Ultra Whey Protien Isolate and Creatine at the same time be ok? And I'd take them both together in the morning? And just Creatine Before workouts on the days I workout. |
