| UNC I read that the optimum dosage is 10g before and after. I take BCAA capsules before and I have a PWO supp that contains BCAAs afterwards. I wouldn't have a protein shake too close to a workout as this could cause a stomach upset. However I have a mass drink approx 90 minutes before training commences.

Need to take in 300+g of protein a day on my growth cycle and I can't get that from food as I only have a small stomach and can't digest a solid meal every hour.
My day goes

11am - Chicken and Rice
12.30pm - Mass Drink
2pm - Chicken and Rice
3pm - Mass Drink
4.30pm Pre WO stuff
5pm train
7pm PWO shake
9pm Evening meal - high protein medium carbs
11pm Slow release protein shake
11.20pm bed.

| sticky please?? TT, thanks for such great information on Creatine. I'd like to see it be a sticky if it is possible and linked to diet and nutrition as well as advanced training forums.

| Thanks Peg
I've stickied it.
Not sure how to link to other forums though, maybe Hackskii/Paul G/Lorian has this mod power?

| Can creatine be taken all year round? I got some from bulkpowders, absolutely disgusting, but I guess it has contributed to my entire work ethic in the gym, physically and mentally! Feeling good cause I am lifting heavier, and lifting heavier cause I feel good!

| 3-6g of CEE a day is enough mate
CEE should be taken on an empty stomach no fruit juice is needed
Before Breakfast and PWO 20 minutes before your PWO shake is the optimum time.

| best to mix it with grape juice as you will then absorb it better. |

| 250ml with 3g will be fine and you can drink it with what ever you like, I add mine to a MRP drink cause otherwise I'd be drinking 10 things a day. If I were you I'd have it with fruit juice.
TT just seen this thread, great posting mate
