| Re: COBRA 427 For Sale That is a beautiful car mate, i would be tempted to keep it for when you return, unless your staying out there for many moons, when you do sell the car you will be gutted, but you can console yourself with the thought of sunning it in dubai

| Re: COBRA 427 For Sale Its actually hurting me to sell it, but cost of storage is massive and it would need to be regularly serviced even if it wasnt being used, could be away for up to 2 years, who knows, best to sell it and then buy a GT40 or another Cobra when I get back with my tax free earnings...... see im trying to convince myself it will be ok......

| Re: COBRA 427 For Sale 0 - 60 is around 5.5 secs, top end is stupid fast, well stupidly fast for a fibreglass car built 33 years ago with 'average' brakes, but trust me mate, you dont want to go fast, you want EVERYONE to see you, I get people crossing the road to stop the car just to say 'Nice motor mate' etc etc
Proper blokes car!

| Re: COBRA 427 For Sale I thought that the 427 was the 427 big block Ford motor?
This is a kit car right?

Its not the actual shelby cobra though right? I mean 14k for a shelby cobra??? They are worth 150,000 quid minimum?
Also an original gt40 will set you back around 150,000 quid mate...probably 200,000 for a nice one!
Same as if you want an original miura (lambo) with under 10k on the clock, around 250-300,000 pounds!
If your earning good money in dubai you might be interested if you can afford it in checking out the new ford gt. When released i think it cost around 120k over here, but prices have actually gone up now to around 150k. Over in dubai it will be cheaper and also if you are earning tax free over there, then check it out!!!
Still, a fukin expensive car lol. |
