I'll be honest with you - I don't think he will, and the cost of Escrowing the money wouldn't warrant the cost. So it depends on how much he values my quality humour, high standing and reputation on the board.... ![]()

Lonsdale, do you have any diabetes, asthma, skin problems, high blood pressure, injuries that require anti-inflammatories, cholitis, auto-immune disease, arthritic or rheumatoid symptoms, BPH, hyperinsulinemia, high cholesterol, taking Statins, high GI diet? If you answer yes to any of these then I would sell it. ![]() Bill will not visit the board, he was only here to support his product anyway and not hand out any advice. Sad as I could have learned a thing or two. ![]() His only posts were to defend his product. And to be honest meny dont gain anything from it and some do. I mean, hell I try everything, X-Factor I would try and if it did somehing I would say so, if it didnt I would really say so, and I told you so.....lol Good luck selling it. To be fair tho, some guys see good gains from it. If you are healthy and have a healthy diet and are young, go for it. I doubt you will see the 1 to 2 pounds of muscle a week though.

Now this is interesting. I am a big advocate of fish oils, they contain anti-inflammatory agents, or better said help anti-inflammation prostaglandin production. In my opinion, fish oils would work fantastic for you. You are surely a candidate for them. It basicly is an inflammatory bowel disease. Fish oils should help this, in fact I cant think of any other thing that would be more rewarding than fish oils, and lots of them. L-Glutamine would also be a good idea for you to supplement. Pro-biotics would be a welcome addition too but start very slow and work your way up with these. Digestive enzymes too would help you digest food. Keep stress low, stress is a factor here in this disease and could make matters worse, so get your b-vitamins down you in a complex that has all the b-vitamins. Other than that X-Factor will make your matters worse. Sorry to hear bro, I would take what I recommended and I bet you will get better. Recap: Fish oils: I would start at 12 and keep upping them to about 20 a day, maybe even more, you can back off once simptoms subside. Pro-biotics like Lactobacillus Acidophilus would be helpful but there are blends that have many helpfull bacteria for a better spectrum of bacteria. Lactobacillus Salivarius happens to be my favorite one but is a bit harder to get ahold of. Remember start slow on this or you might have some loose stools. Digestive enzymes (Twin Labs has a good one), take with each and every meal. You can not eat too many of these. L-Glutamine promotes healthy GI tract, good for bodybuilding anyway ![]() Again, sorry to hear bro, good luck. If you want some links shout.

![]() | Re: X Factor for sale - £30 Thank you very much Hackskii, I really appreciate your input and time there. Have lots of fish oils and glutamine lying around so will implement what you suggested and try out those enzymes with my next supplement order. Thanks once again! |
