Right lads, bought this xbox from america a couple of weeks ago, i have played it for around 2 hours just to test, so it is technically brand new. i did sell it to some mink, but then i gave her money back after she called me about 50 thousand times because she couldn't get the sound working, i kept telling her to match the colours on the TV but she just wasn't getting my jist! There are also 16 games included along with all the other stuff that you get in the premium package.

Oh ok dont worry. Got some good games there though. ORange Box, Halo 3, COD4 (The Best), Gears and Assassins creed.

Is Fight Night round 3 any good or is it a waste of time since its been out a while.

Ive only played it once, looks pretty ace though! Would be a good game to play with the laaaaads!!

Fight night round 3 the best yet and i don`t think they`re making anymore anytime soon, so i`d get it but only if you have mates to play it with because single player career mode isn`t great. Oh! and the loading times might get on ya nerves a bit. But you can pick it up pretty cheap off ebay.

they are all copied yes, however they can all be played online with no ban.

Tell that to the thousands of live users who can no longer go online mate... Far from risk free and imo cheeky to be selling these as "stealth" games.

they don't ban the user though....

just the console... so even if you do get a legit copy you can't play it online.

i'm on the lookout for a banned console with flashed firmware... not interested in going online.... it should be cheaper too.. so if anyone has one that isn't suffering the red ring of death please let me know...

Yes but there have been several versions of hacked firmware released, when people didnt use an exact 1:1 copy, microsoft would detect this and there console would be banned. However the latest ixtreme software makes sure that it only loads games that are fully stealthed.

Last week, a few people using ixtreme were banned, but the people that were banned were people who hadn't used a perfect copy on previous versions of firmware.
