Getting HUGE.

Weights bench, 64kg cast iron weights, 6kg bench bar, 2 dumbbell bars.

All for sale.

Weights bench with fly and leg extension uses, foldable for easy storage.

64kg of cast iron weights:

8 x 5kg
4 x 2.5kg
8 x 1.25kg
8 x 0.5kg

6kg Bench bar and two dumbbell bars all with spin on locks.

Also i am selling a powerbar which you attach to your door for pull ups.

The powerbar has never been used but everything has has about 2 months use out of it, all in great condition.

I will sell for £125.

Because it's served it's purpose and i am joining a gym, so it will not be needed anymore.

Can a moderator delete bulldozers post please. The reason it's never been used is because the doorframes in my house can't take it, mine are really weak and old.

Im merely pointing out its in very good condition mate cos it hasnt been used ;)

good to see you are progressing mate. Working out at home is ok but I doubt the intensity or enthusiasm can be lifted or maintained.

I am currently think of moving house. We have seen a lovely place with a large double garage.

I am currently thinking of buying a treadmill for there - Jay cutler style, so I can do my cardio at home without going to the gym an extra 3 days a week.
