![]() | Weights bench, 64kg cast iron weights, 6kg bench bar, 2 dumbbell bars. Weights bench with fly and leg extension uses, foldable for easy storage. 64kg of cast iron weights: 8 x 5kg 4 x 2.5kg 8 x 1.25kg 8 x 0.5kg 6kg Bench bar and two dumbbell bars all with spin on locks. Also i am selling a powerbar which you attach to your door for pull ups. The powerbar has never been used but everything has has about 2 months use out of it, all in great condition. Because it's served it's purpose and i am joining a gym, so it will not be needed anymore. Can a moderator delete bulldozers post please. The reason it's never been used is because the doorframes in my house can't take it, mine are really weak and old. |

good to see you are progressing mate. Working out at home is ok but I doubt the intensity or enthusiasm can be lifted or maintained. I am currently think of moving house. We have seen a lovely place with a large double garage. I am currently thinking of buying a treadmill for there - Jay cutler style, so I can do my cardio at home without going to the gym an extra 3 days a week. |
