latley i have been sick of dry chicken breast so i thought id mix it in with a pasta here goes

what??

200g chicken breast
1/2 can of chopped tomatoes
hand full of garden peas
hand full of red kidney beans
3 large mushrooms
small onion
oregano
olive oil
garlic
feta cheese
wholewheat pasta

how??

dice the chicken

coat a teflon pan (any non stick ) w/t oilve oil ( put on tissue and rub pan)

add chicken, garlic, onion, mushrooms and oregano

once the chicken is cooked add the chopped tomatoes, peas and kidney beans

let the tomatoes heat up and then add a small ammount of feta cheese to the pan

cook the pasta and then mix altogether

top with extra feta cheese and oregano

it is unbeleivably good but not to much with the feta cheese

well latley iv been sick of the sight of chicken but i really enjoyed this, night make it for packed lunch when at uni never tougt bout it cold maybee add some leafy veg/salad nice cold lunch
