Tastey & Healthy home made Chicken satay/sewers

My wife's receipe...............

However many chicken breasts you need, one makes about 3 sewers, so for a main meal u will probably need 3/4 breasts.

Slice chix breast in 1/2 by butterflying (slice width in half)
then slice into 1.5cm strips, or whatever width u want
marinade, she used:

taramined paste
chilli olive oil
splashes of tabasco (to taste)
Bart meat seasoning

or whatever, takes your fancy, spice it up or cool it down

mix all together, then place on wooden sewers that have been soaked in water (to stop them burning)

Then simply grill on your Goerge Forman grill for 3 - 5 mins depending on size, or grill under grill till cooked.

Any question ask and i'll ask the wife, lol

:tongue10:
