For a very fast flavouring for chicken, beef or pork I have been using sherwoods thai paste's, red and green curry.
Less than £1 and between 40 and 60 cals (depending what one) Less than 1g of sugar, just fry the meat in a litle olive oil or 1cal spray then add the paste. To do it properly you are ment to add coconut milk, but i just add veg to the green paste and a tin of tomatoes to the chicken and red paste. |
