chicken satay(ish)

one of my favourites and its so easy.

cut the chicken into thin strips.

pop the chicken in a bowl with smooth peanut butter, finely diced ginger, some soy sauce and a bit of honey (optional)

mix it all up and leave to marinade.

if the chicken is thin, it will take 2/3 mins on the george forman.

i normally do a good few breasts, it will taste really nice if cooked straight away, but as you get to the end of the batch it gets better and better!
