Smile chinese chicken

just a quick recipe to make that good old chicken go down a bit easier(yes it is off the telly and yes im one of those sad gits that watches cooking programmes) but this is one of the best recipes i have tried:

2-3 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
chopped fresh ginger(to taste the more the better)
chopped garlic(again to taste but as much as you can handle)

cut the chicken into chunks then marinade in the dark soy sauce, garlic and ginger for at least an hour. then cook with veggies(peppers, spring onions etc). add to noodles. yummy

nice 1 robdog. got my mouth watering. I'm a bit partial to a few chicken breasts in a Cajun mix. Hot aint the word!

Robdog.. you are the man my friend. I will never take the pi$$ for watching tv cooking programs if you come up with those recipes. After you pm'd it, i tried it, and can safely say its excellent. Everyone go and make it. Now.

Oh, but if you are on AAS, you'll have to use low sodium soy sauce.... ;)

yes it is realy nice, simple as well. cooking is a hobby of mine anyway so i like to look out for things i think will be suitable for bodybuilders which to be honest isnt alot. variety is the key though and as long as you are prepared to put the time in preparing it its worth it. oh i dont start aas for another 10 days or so yet so full sodium for me lol.

If you stirfry using Canola oil it will give it a bit of heat as well. Canola oil is also a really good source of Omega 3 and unsaturated fats.

I have heard many rumours that soy protien can raise estrogen levels, anyone got any solid info on that?

I also heard that you can raise estrogen levels by wrapping food in cling film (apparently estrogen is used in the creating of cling film, so wrapping food in it is bad M'kay)

But again this is only hear say.

The cling film raising estrogen significantly is a bit OTT.

However, the soy protein does lower testosterone levels.
