I think when one benefit or detriment of a nutrient is focused on we can lose sight of the other benefits. Nutrition is a complex science of the body in terms of the biochemistry and the checks and balances the body has to keep the body functioning as best it can with the food given it. My own opinion is that soy sauce's affect on test is minimal simply because the sauce has been around along time in the orient and they usually do not eat things that are not beneficial to the body in some way. If anything is harmful in soy sauce, I'd say it would be that the salt content would be too great, but then that is just my opinion so don't quote me. ![]()
