Chicken/Pasta

chicken and pasta, i realy cant get anough of this

add some wholegrain mustard to a bowl, and mix it with low fat mayo, use as much wholegrain mustard to your likeing, i love the stuff. cook your pasta, drain and cool it. add it to the wholegrain mustard and mayo and mix gently.

all my chicken is marinated, u dont need to do this , but just for the record. leave it over nite in oliveoil/thyme/rosemary/garlic. cut it up into slices, seal it in a pan (roughly 3/4 mins) then put it in the oven to cook fully. once cooked let it cool down and add it to your mix. i make this by the batch, and leave it in the fridge. give it a try, realy nice
