Baked breaded spiced chicken

Tried this last night and got it for luch today it looks and smells good! but I'll tell you lunch time how it tastes

Bread crumbs(make my own with toasted or slightly stale granary bread)
1 whole egg whisked
Spices- Garlic powder, cumin, paprika, mild curry powder, sage.
Flour
Chicken
Spray oil
Preheated oven 180

Mix spices in with breadcrumbs
Cut chicken in to smaller sized fillets (could leave whole if you wanted too).
Toss chicken in flour, then add to egg mix, and then put in breadcrumbs, making sure chicken gets a good coating.
lightly spray a baking tray with oil, put chicken in and give top of chicken another couple of light sprays
Pop in oven and cook for 15 minutes, then eat!!!!

Heres what mine looked like
