What To Do with Chicken Breast

Ok. It was late and somehow I accidently erased one of the best threads on chicken recipes there was on this forum!
:axe: :rage: :rage: :rage: :rage:

It was the one that LondonGeezer started:
His chicken breast were so dry and he wanted recipes for chicken.

If you posted on that thread and still have the recipe, please post again.
Thanks so much!!!!!

1. blend eqaul amounts of chillis, ginger and garlic (the holy trinity of seasonings)into a paste.

2. fillet the breasts to half the usual thickness of a chicken breast....

3. dowse the breasts in lime juice (fresh or bottled)

4. rub in thoughroly (sp) the paste

5. leave overnite

6. warm up the grill to full power.

7. lay the meat under the grill untill it just cooks.

8. put all the meat into a sealed tub with some more lime juice....

the steaming effect in the tub and the soaking up of the lime keeps the breast ultra jooocy!!

9..well what do you think??...........eat those bad boys!!

get a tub, slap your chicked breats in, add rosmary and thyme and olive oil. leave to marinate over nite and walla, ****ing butiful.

i know most people dont think like this, but u do this with salmon and stuff. but slice some orange and lemon, cover the chicken, wrap it in tin foil and steam it. e.g fill a try of hot water and put it in the oven.

i have loads more i will contribute later, little busy at the moment

some paprika, some fresh grounded black peper, some small chillis (cut into small pieces), extra virgin olive oil

take chicken breasts

brush gentley with the mix (making sure to cover all the chicken) place under a grill until cooked

serve with red and green peppers and either rice or pasta (if pasta then add olive oil to the water when cookin the pasta so it does not dry out whilst eating)

simple cheap and quite nice!

p.s. no exact measurements with the chillis or anything that is all done to personal taste and as every1 is different i wasn't going to give how i would have it because you may not like it like that
