 | It depends on how much time you have and what kind of entree you want your chicken to be. In terms of reducing fat I would say the GF grill is the best but you have to be careful not to overcook the meat. Boiling and microwave is good for preparing any kind of cassarole or spread. Grill is good for draining the fat though if you are using charcoal in your pit or grill you will get some smoke in your meat which is not a healthy thing. It takes a long time on the grill to cook a chicken breast. Steam is not too practical for a thick piece of meat unless you cut the chicken into julienne slices or small cubes to "stir fry" them with vegetables. Oven baked -- chicken sits in its own fat unless you put it on a rack or spit. It takes a long time to cook as well, but gives the chicken a different taste from boiling, steaming, or grilling. GF grill -- it's fast and drains the excess fat. You can use the meat in different dishes by cutting it up or you can make a chicken spread for sandwiches or salads. You can get the grilled effect without the smoke toxins It's easy clean up too. You can season the breasts in many different ways.

| lmao! that another one i forgot,..... we all walked past the pound shop on our way to kims gym,... and they sell eggs,..wtf? i p1ssed myself..... right there next to the cloths pegs and all the normal pound shop stuff!!!.... a big pile of fcukin eggs!!! i might move to that london ,.....i,d have to buy a linguaphone course on the language tho ,....and carry round a phrase book .... lol..... how do you say "good afternoon, can i have a tray of eggs please?" in london speak........pmsl.... i could teach you my language Baz and we could speak yorkshire on the tube and no-one would know what we were on about,....
