weird pains - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

Right,

I have a really bad pain at the top of my chest, i trained chest on wednesday and thought it was a sore, trained tris yesterday and the pain became really bad. i couldnt sleep last night due to not being able to get in certain positions without it hurting.

i can hardly even shower properly!, any idea what this is and what i can do to reduce the pain ?, maybe deep heat or somthing ?

You sure you haven't pulled a muscle or something mate...why not go to the quacks and let him take a look...
Or maybe a nice her Dr, and say you've got bad bollocks too....

hahah yeah could do, not sure what it is but was reali painful this morning but after 3 nurofen has dies down quiet a bit. just gonna leave the gym for a few days i rekon and see what happnes
