Re: What exercise do i do for inner chest?

The same ones for outer chest, upper chest, northern chest, southern chest, easterly chest and under the outer of the inner part of the left and right side

Bottom line, the chest will grow over time with enough stimualtion

This means 1-3 years of heavy movements yet recruiting the pecs as a unit

Bench DB and BB
dips

beyond that its really advanced stuff which is not required

Re: What exercise do i do for inner chest?

Ive been doing close grip bench press with no results.

my chest work out is-

flat bench press working light to failure- max 95kg for 1 press
incline press same applies but a bit lighter poss 85kg 1 press
decline dumbell press light to heavy 10 preps a time to failure
dumbell flys about 3 sets of 10 going up in weight.

Your lifts are low increase your overall power and overall mass do not be concerned over minor details.
