Bringing out Lower Chest

Can anybody give any tips on improving the definition of lower chest.

Im currently doing dips (leaning forward slightly)
would decline bench press help?

anything else ?

Well i was always told
Flat bench all-round mass builder
Incline for upper chest
Decline for lower chest

Decline Bench press

Also add in some low cable flyes coming in from the bottom rather then the top

The way your chest grows is said to be genetic so theres not really much you can do but focus by doing, incline, flat and dips should develop your pecs nicely.

I agree with the genetic comment.

However I have a genetically crap chest, esp the lower part, but since doing heavy decline work [as well as dips] I can see some improvements.

I think genetics can form the way your chest will looked defined but as stated earlier no mass no chest....Bodybuilding....from the ground up...The act of building your body. To build...to create new mass where empty space fills...
