Am I Overtrain?

Am I Over training my aim is to have growth on hole chest.

my warm up
chest press machine 90lbs 15reps
150lbs 10 reps
210lbs 6 reps
270lbs 1 rep
then chest machine flies
3 sets of 10 2,4,6

then i start my workout with 3-4 sets of bench press 5-10 reps then go into smith incline chest press 3-4 sets 5-10 reps

then cable flies into dumbell press in dumbell flies do 3 sets of this then do standing cable cross over

I am over training the chest if so could you recommend workout thanks

Deadlift 140kg
Bench Press 100kg
Delt Pressing 90kg


7 Weeks into cutting Phase
Start At 105kg now at 95Kg

Incline - Dunbell Press = 3 sets

I don't feel like am over training , I like training my chest but is my workout plan for chest having effects on chest growth?

yes your routine is effecting your growth. Your over stimulating your muscles. Try giving 100% on the routine i gave you. My chest is now growing from less training. ;)

Ok matey I will take your Advise on board could i slightly changed it to this

"Barbell Bench - 3 sets

Incline - Dunbell Press = 3 sets

Dumbell Flyes = 3 sets"

but add machine flies and mahcine press cuz i like doing this movement ,

what other body group would be best to train with it .

Mate sod the machines. you will be isolating the specific muscle you are targeting. Free weights will help you grow buddy.

ok matey I normally do

3 sets of pull down
3 sets of skull crushers
3 sets of standing overheads
2 sets kickback
1 set of close grip

what u think ?

am just trying to add as much lean mass before i cut matey

Way Way Way too much dude. Triceps are only a small muscle group. Do half what you do.

Close Grip Bench.

Done.

You only need more when you are closer to competing... As ti stands you can't see your striations so why try and train for them when you need to be training for mass?
