The pre-exhaust system is a waste of time?

The reason i ask is surely a varied workout is better than just restricting to the same few bulk building exercises?
As i said before, not all the time, just now and again.

No he's just saying kickbacks as an exercise he doesn't like - and for kinesiology reasons I agree.

However I do know a number of competing BB'ers who use them effectively to bring out the striations on the triceps. The again they don't go nuts and use too much weight.

Its an exercise you love or hate - but for most people I would say to bin them, and stick with an abreviated compound routine. Then again I wouldn't use them should I do a pre-exhaust routine. But thats just me and what do I know.

Made me chuckle....I couldn't carry on DEADLIFTING......did you hear that?...I said deadlift...I'm a man you see....psml.....

Cox Squats...

Like a box squat, but done onto an erect johnson.

They are only gay when a man does it...

When the girls from the Rocket Club / Spearmint do it then obviously its not gay....

I believe so personally for bulking yes, pre exhaust is something you'd use sparingly any way or to bring up weak points, like you said.

He's just started out, IMO he needs to lift big and heavy, squats, deads, bench, no need for that type of training just yet.

Thats just my opinion.
