As Ollie said, don't bother farting around with kickbacks, they're for gays. Stick to skulls, pushdowns & close grip presses. If your training them the same day as your chest they'll be battered anyway so they won't need that much work.

I wouldn't recommend every week but maybe more once a month for that variation thing. I usually do them and then do dips afterwards with bodyweight+up to 40kg on the belt.(150kg total). I certainly wouldn't totally dismiss kickbacks although i would dismiss pushdowns. | |
