Burning

I woke up this morning and i cant drop my shoulder to normal level as when i do i get a really bad burning sensation in my outer pec.

Cant think what this might be as there is no bruising or redness, i trained chest on tuesday and all seemed ok.

Anyone know what this might be, its really starting to annoy me as im having to keep my shoulder raised to avoid the pain. :(
