![]() | My pecs still not right Hi guys, I wrote a message on here way back 5-6months ago. About going to the hospital as i was going very dizzy and had chest pains. Came to conclusion i pulled somthing in both my pecs, im still not doing and pectoral training!! Doing something like back, chin-ups but most exercises do stretch the pecs to a degree. Im getting bit fed up as it is still hanging round ive got a nice phat course waiting to start but dont want tot if my pecs are still not 100%. Ive had no bruises on pecs just tightness and if i poke around my ribs felt sore, so i put it down to intercostals being pulled which would make my breathing hard. Breathing is fine now but pecs always fill like i did a major heavy session on them, which obvously i havent. Since all this has happened to my pecs its brought on panic attacks im contolling them better now but at 1st it was quite scarey. (strange) Does any of this sound familure to any1? And does any1 know of any sports phiso centres that can do a scan that would show up on a screen if ive done anything to them. Sports massages did f all for me best advice i had was if here with the hot water bottle on them Cheers for reading my message and any advice given |

It may be worth spending a couple of hundred quid and seeing a real doctor (private) as with the NHS you are better off giving yourself medical advice.
