Tore my tittie!

Hello Gang

Think i have torn a muscle or burst a blood vessel in my right pec.

I had an insane pump at the gym last monday.

No-Explode + MST + 120mcgs IGF + Cycle.

My training was insane - Broke my PB on the bench @ 180kg and on lying chest pullovers, i done 10, 10, 10, 9 on 60kg dumbells - Then onto a PB on incline, 10, 10, 10 on 120kg then 4 on 140kg then 1 on 160kg - Then onto cable cross overs with 50kg each side.

I thought after the workout I felt bad pain in my right pec, but just thought it was the pump.

Next few days, i had a dull ache, then if i streched, it was a sharp pain in my chest.

Come friday, I got out the bath and clare said to me - "What the hell is up with your nipple!!??"

Sure enough, the whole underside is black and purple.

After a closeer look, the entire lower part of my chest, under my nipple was looking very red/purple.

By saturday, the whole of my lower pec and nipple was black/purple and today its no better.

The strange thing is, there isnt really any pain there, if i stretch, then yes, there is pain, can feel a very sharp pain shoots into my pec, but other than that, nothing.

Wierd.

Will try to train chest tonight - see what happens.

er i think i would seek medical advice first mate! that cant be good i aint no doctor but those are some heavy lifts and after watching one of my mates tear his pec clean off his shoulder after ignoring his bodys early warning signs i would suggest at least some kind of consultation!

Sounds like you overstretched your chest and the inflammation is just a survival mechanism/response. If you had tore something theng you'd absolutely know about it at the moment.

It could be that you have overloaded the tendons, I did this while using MST and had to back off from training for a few weeks.

See a doctor though mate - although they'll just say rest it.;)

Paul, if theres aproblem there mate - you should rest chest this week or do a very light session. It sounds like theresdef a problem - you've prob aggrevate it - better to miss one sess then to f*ck your whole cycle up. JMO mate

Thanks for the advise gang.

No Raikey, i dont think it looks uneven, i`ll have a look later to make sure.

I`ll keep an eye on it, see if it gets worse.

mate i did mine not too long ago.. was benching, not even a heavy set and coming down my upper chest made some nasty pork scratching kinda sound and my chest came up with a rainbow of colours a few days later, didnt train it for 2 weeks, then came back with 60kg flat bench and upped it by 10 kg each week till i was back to my normal awesome strength

A mate of mine tore his pec - detatched the whole pec apart from a couple of strands - it was nasty, and he had a massive chest and an awsome phisique. No way back after that unless you have big bucks though.

thats why i asked, a mate of mine ripped his tit off too ,...

proper OFF it was hung down like you cant believe,...

he had the op tho,...but it still dont look rate to me,,,,he's training again but has a nasty shape on one side and a real big scar/deformed area,....

bad thing is the bigger he gets , the more apparent the damage is,..

Sounds like you pulled something doing pullovers.
You over streatched your chest.

Usually massage is the only therapy out side of surgery they do for muscle tears.
The massage will be good so you dont get a buildup of scar tissue, also increase circulation for healing and if you feel a slight sunkin spot try and massage then twards each other.
That muscle will reattach where ever it finds a place to, trying to get it closer to home would be the best way for healing.
