Had my first session today with the chiropractor today to sort out my pec tear.
It only lasts about 15 mins but was very intense.had a deep painful massage and then some kind of accupunture. been told it's going to be quite a few weeks before i can go training!

pec tears are a nightmare!!!

when did yours go??? did it snap completely? rupture?

how do u kno when u've got a pec tear?

it happened about 8 days ago. the quicker you get treatment the better.
it was only a partial teat at the tendon on the rotor cuff so at least i'll still be able to train heavy.

you'll know when you get a pec tear!
