    Exclamation pigeon chest

    can anyone give me any advice on how to get rid of or improve my pigeon chest. Any chest exercies that work well for it thanx

    weighted dips, incline press, decline db flys pretty much anything chest is going to help, do a lean bulk to help put muscle on and give it plenty of time.Patients is such a good thing to have when u start building muscle, trust me!! keep at it and work hard

    Ive got a pigeon chest and i used to be really self conscious about it until i put on some muscle on my chest and now you can hardly see it.

    Just keep working at it and gradually your pecs will fill out... just be patient and don't get dispondent, you will get there.

    Train heavy but safely, and for the most just concentrate on progressing with just one or two compound movements - flat benches, incline presses, weighted dips etc.

    Don't make the mistake of trying to do every single chest exercise you come across... you do far better to focus on one or two and get the weight up with those.
