lol!!!!!!!! I love these threads  ye they are real similar but NOT the same, WMS is cornflour that has been modifed to lower the amylose content. I also use cornflour as by the time you add anything to it the digestion time ends up the same. Plus cornflour does not bloat you out like dextrose so it's a winner. | |

Yes Vitargo is the same as WMS Oh but wait WMS - Corn Vitargo - Barley Oh and the fact that WMS doesnt even come close to Vitargo in terms of absorption or texture I love these threads, Im not knocking WMS users at all but come on Vitargo is NOT the same as WMS, thats just marketing bollox created by bulk powder suppliers.
