That study does not relate to the question he has asked! CHO + PRO or CHO (30 mins later) + PRO!, that study does not deal with that!!!

Additionally its a study done using cyclists on glycogen depletion, which does not relate to weight training!

Agreed,the guy has asked if it makes a difference adding protein to WMS or waiting 30 mins.He hasn't had an answer.

I know it is rumoured when protein is added it effects the digestion rate,thus allegedly,rendering its use pointless?

Anyone tell us different?
