it is clear that WMS is the same when it comes to replenishing muscle glycogen for recover as corn starch that you can buy from any supermarket, i am sure some will say that they are totally different but for what we use it for their is no difference so buy corn starch its cheaper.....

If someone can find the amolypectin content of WMS, then we should resolve the issue.

IIRC corn flour(startch) is approx 75%!

Mixes better than most protein powders in my opinion

i read wms can go like wall paper paste earlier but im interested in trying it
