They sell pro mass at my gym and I've yet to meet anyone that rates it who's tried it...... pro peptide seems to have more backing from those I've spoke to.
I don't think you need to include processed carbs in MRP's. It's been put in there as a cheap filler as far as I can tell. I don't see anyone adding high GI carbs to their solid meals so why to a MRP. The arguement that usaualy gets touted is a gradual flow of carbs but why not do the same with solid meals? I definatly would discuss this with CNP or met rx if I used their over priced products

. Oats makes most sense to me but mixability and texture issues lean towards palatinose or even better activated barley. Both cost alot more than malto so guess what you get in your weight gainer?
