Re: What NOT to eat !!!

What's wrong with cheese. Seems like a reasonable food to me. High in protein, low in carbs, quiet nutritional etc...

Avoid foods high in sugars. Get your carbs from more complex sources.

Over chips are med gi - it depends on the fat content. And the combination of other foods/macros.

90% meat pok sausages are great, dont foreman them though unless your dieting/watching calories. You will not get fat of fats and proteins alone.

Re: What NOT to eat !!!

Hmmm alough im guilty of many of the crimes listed in this thread I cannot with good intentions advise people that sausages are a good bulker.

There full of crap for the most part (unless you get the realy nice expensive sausages). If you want a quick and dirty way to up your callories then these are great but after bulking like this I am acutaly quite worried about my colestriol level.

Lean beef burgers are a better choice, not the cheap grissle tastic jobs from iceland but the fresh ones you get from the butchers.

Halla food is also a exlent choice if you want a change in taste its a realy overlooked area i think.

The main thing is to eat sensible but to have fun as well with the foods you choose it dosent have to be boring plane ****e when your bulking go out try new foods from diffrent cultures and maby your find somthing realy good (Lebanese food is fantastic by the way, and the way the vegtables are prepared are realy tasty).

One of the bigest secrets I can tell you is goto your local Polish supermarket and get some Perogi - that stuff is fantastic. you can boil or fry it and it comes in a number of flavours kinda a cross between ravioli and dumplings.

Re: What NOT to eat !!!

I used to love sausages now I just cant get past what I know is in them. 90% meat ones though are great. Same as burgers if you get the organic ones that are real meat. Or even better make your own.

So your saying its HEALTHY as a bb to eat butter erm got to disagree there also frying with olive oil is fine, the rest is correct though.

Any thing processed is a no no stick to the basics; lean meats, fresh veg and fruit, nuts and olive oil.

A small amount of butter ext is fine but never eat enough or often enough to have a negative effect on your physique.
