I would cook animal products in its own fat tbh as its usually enough. There are a lot of variables at the end of the day depending on your goals. Its very hard to add fat mass with just protein and fats though, saying that its harder to add musculature as well (without carbs).

I personally think you should have a ranged varied diet and that includes fats proteins and also carb! Obviously if you are doing a comp or something then your diet has to be different to tailor for your needs e.g your BF but apart from that Fook it lol ![]()
