Lemon ketchup is fine mayo you need to watch if your trying to get lean.
Of course rice is fine but whats a lot of rice for you is not a lot for some one else man you need to figure out how many grams of carbs per day you need to achieve your goals cut/gain/maintain.

Re: What NOT to eat !!!

Im just going to ask a few questions.
What are your opinions on having
Lean burgers, 90% pork sausage, Steak, Pork Chops, Chicken on the foreman grill.
One of the above with oven chips, think theyre less then 5% fat now for tea ?

Surelly them meats are better then chicken nuggets, chicken strips etc ? ?

What i suggest is read the back of any packet of food you want, read sugar content and saturated fat content these will tell you how bad they are for you baring all the sodium contained in such foods.
Take a macro nutrient break down lets say 1.5 grams carbs 1.5 grams protein .5 grams fat per lb of body weight and then every day just get these numbers where they need to be eating whatever you want but getting the numbers there.

I personally avoid bread - so where as a usual person has a chicken sandwich, I'll just have the chicken.

White bread is the worst, wholemeal is the best but still not for me whilst dieting. I have found that by simply changing from eating bread at lunch to cutting it out I have got leaner. Conversely when i had sandwiches daily I started to put the fat back on again.

I don't think that toasting it will make a difference in terms of its nutrients.

Re: What NOT to eat !!!

Just my opinion on the whole "processed " foods debate.

Supermarkets have given foods like burgers, sausages, kiev's etc a REALLY bad rep because its so easy to hide **** in them but still make them appear to be real food when in all honesty they are far from it! I think just use your noggin, if theres a pack of sausages, 8 for a quid can you really see a quids worth of real meat going that far? You get what you pay for.

Home made burgers made from minced steak and proper butchers sausages are brillaint for a bulk and good even if your not on one.

At the end of the day I think its common sence whats good for you and what isnt. Anything costing a quid and coming in packs of 20 doesnt take einstein to work out its complete ****e in there.

A small amount of butter ext is fine but never eat enough or often enough to have a negative effect on your physique.
I'm the correct one mate! :gun:
Tell me why butter is bad for you if you're a bb??

I'll tell you why olive oil is bad for you fried; it denatures the molecules and makes them oxidant, its much better to fry with a high saturated as the molecule is more stable and does not cause dna cell damage.

So frying say a chicken breast in real butter or beef drippings is better for you than olive oil? Sounds too good to be true

what would the calorie count be like with equal measures of each ?
