I used to work at Heinz in harlesden before they bulldozed the site... on the production line where both items were made.. I know what's in them... I certainly wouldn't put salad cream anywhere near my mouth... |

I personally would make an olive oil and vinegar dressing.. a tablespoon of vinegar, teaspoon of oil, a bit of pepper, mix with a fork... 40 calories, 4g fat, 1g saturates, 3g mono-unsaturates |

A small serving on a couple of meals per day isn't going to make you fat! Even a tbl spoon of mayo is ok to mix tuna imo. Light is probably the best choice. A tuna/mayo salad makes a nice protein/fat meal imo. It has omega 3's in there, but if you are concerned about the ratios just add a couple of fish oil caps.
