Poached eggs mixed with pasta and steamed vegetables you can never go wrong with, poached are best alternative to cooking eggs.

Re: Quick easy, tuna + eggs.

I cant believe some of the **** you bout think about eggs!

1.) Fats are very good for you.

2.) Saturated fats are good for you. Sat fat intake is related to testosterone levels.

3.) you need to get good whole sources of un-denatured fat. This means that you should allways (when cooking at high temperatures) use a saturated fat!
The molecule is more stable when in high heat.
When you cook with a poly unsaturated or mono the molecules are very unstable and become oxidant (causing dna cell damage!). Therefor when you cook with a high sat you have less cell damage.

4.) fats to avoid- any heat processed oil; sunflour, canola, vegetable.
The above are among the worst for you even though they are incredibly high mono and poly. This is because of the extraction method the heat denatures the molecules making them pro oxidant.

5.) fats to cook with at high heat ie frying/roasting; beef dripping, coconut oil (great with eggs! ) lard, anchor butter an other high sat non processed.

6.) fats to eat cold, evoi, oi

7.) cholesterol is the body's master anti oxidant, thats why when you are ill or stressed you body creates more of it. The way to lower you colesterol (which is stupid btw) is to lower body stressors ie; drinking/smoking

8.) a better thing to do is heighten the good cholesterol ldl and lower the bad cholesterol hdl, this is acheived by eating more poly un / mono unsats and omega 3's found primarily in fish and other whole fat sources.

9.) Finally dietary cholesterol intake only accounts for 4% of blood cholesterol profiles.

Ramble over...

So basically eat eggs, lots of em! They are a super food. 5 a day minimum
