![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Nutritious High Calorie Snack Apple Salad 1 apple 1/4 C nuts (mixed nuts are best but any favorite nuts will do) 2 celery stalks 3 TBS vanilla yogurt ( or you can use any fruit flavor if you like) This is whole yoguert; you can reduce fat calories by getting low fat if you want. 1 TBSP raw flax seed (optional) (not calculated in nutritional values below) Core the apple. Cut it into 4 wedges then cut wedges up into 4 chunks. Add the nuts. Coar sely chop the celery. Add the yoguert and mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle the flax seed over the mixture if you use it. Enjoy the flavors and textures. Cal 326 Carb 38g Fat 19.5 Protein 7.6g Even though the carb value is high you do have a high fiber value with the ingredients which is all around good for your body.
