![]() | Wholemeal Pitta's w Cottege Cheese etc Nice little meal here, they are very easy to eat, great for summer lunches,, sorry I havent worked out any of the values im sure you can estimate.. 2 (or however many you want) wholemeal pitta's, pop in toaster to open up... layer chopped veg; red onion, peppers, green salad leaves etc with cottege cheese and ham. really good lil snaks.. I use up 300g tub of cheese in 2 or 3 pittas depending on the size of them, so prob around 15g to 20g protien in each pitta.. min fat Try em, youl love them.. |
