Add red pepper and coconut milk. Reduce heat and simmer til done (2-3 hours, add water if necessary.) Serves 3 5g carb, 1 fiber (4 NET carbs), 507 Calories, 42g fat, 26g protein This is a great crock pot recipe. Start it in the morning slow simmer on low til you get home from work.
