3/4 boiled eggs without egg yolk on brown bread + 2 spoons of honey (not on the eggs haha )

1 large banana on brown bread with 2 tables spoons of honey on the banana's + pint of water!

Poridge with honey + pint of water

Also take vitamins with breakfast along with cod liver oil.

I have the honey with everything coz i find it a good energy boost just before i go to the gym. and go to thr gym early dooors so it all falls into place!
