i love adding even a spoonful of my dymatize gainer to my oats (raw - can't abide cooked). easy way to sneak in a bit more bang.

I have porridge every morning with honey, banana, blueberries, nuts and seeds.

Thinking of adding some whey powder too, which one is best?

Is there anything else I could put in to make it more nutritional?
