I am a good boy and have my porridge each morning but cant get away from the 1/2 teaspoon of golden syrup in it !!!.

Is this that bad for me or am I allowed one luxury in the day . Have lost now 10 lbs in 3 months and 1 1/2 " gain on arms and 2 1/2 " loss on waist so doing something right!!!.

Is the concept of occasional treat OK.

Unfortunately am an addictive person so cant touch chocolate or would pig on i t . Same with coffe , tea , coke etc etc.

oh yes....
went shopping with her and you should see the junk i put in the trolley, stuff I haven't eaten in years...
And I got sh*t faced saturday night...
still can't wait to get back training though, especially when I see the change in my physique

i've got to admit i've fallen off the wagon too. a viral invection has kept me home and i've just eaten too many things that i havent for a long time...

my weight has risen a touch... touch too much really so it looks like i'm going to have some hard work to do in the new year...

I've not been good this last few days.. about 3 take aways and alot of chocolate... all because extra family here.

Did go for a 4mile jog this morning though with my brother!
