Here's a conversion chart I use might come in handy for some of ya. Works great for me.

No ones mentioned the old - Whey will be destroid in the oven....... I would give these a go but dont want to waste my whey. I guess with out them there is still a good amount of protein in there

The whey is just used as flavouring by the sounds, he did say you can also use splenda instead of whey, either whey the choice is yours.
