My breaky shake!

1 x Pot of cottage cheese
1 x Scoop flavoured (straw etc) whey protein
1 x banana
Water

Blend well, drink it, and now tell me drinking cottage cheese is sick.
It's honestly like drinking good tasting yogurt. You don't even know the cheese is there when it's blended. I even got a female house mate of mine to try it, and her reaction.. "oh whoa.. that actually tastes nice".

Re: My breaky shake!

where are the carbs? (not at great deal in a banana)

I would looke to have that as well as a bowl of oats.

Re: My breaky shake!

Needs some good fats too for my taste but is the basis of a good shake.
