Breakfast of Champions

BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS

Based on a Tom Venuto recipe.

80g Oats
25g Oat bran
1 medium Banana
warm water
Cinnamon

Cook this for 5 minutes in microwave
Then add:

250g mixed fruit, grapes are best! (I use tescos frozen for convenience but fresh wud be better)
1 Tablespoon of Udo's Oil
1 Scoop Cassien
1 Scoop Whey Concentrate

If bulkin, change out the water for milk and increase cooking time accordingly. For more fibre EFA's and the addition of 50 superfoods, add one tablespoon of Udo's Beyond Greens.

Follow with morning supplements, multivit etc.

924 cals 62gP 120gCho 27gF Ratios: 26/45/26

This meal contains 3 portions of your 5 a day fruit, nearly 50% of cholesterol lowering daily fibre RDA, slow and medium digestion rate proteins, EFA's at least 19g, lots of vits and mins and slow release carbs. It is a lot of cals in one sitting, but it tastes great and is exactly what I have had every morning for 3 months, varying the fruit and whey flavouring, and I still have lost 1 pound per week or more without fail!.
