  | Raikey's Porridge ingredients... 6x whole eggs 1x cup of oats 1x scoop of sunflower seeds 2x scoop of bran fibre 1x scoop of cocoa powder 1. blend eggs 2. add cocoa powder 3. add in the oats 4. add in the fibre 5. add in the sunflower seeds 4. leave to soak for a few mins. 5. micro on full blast for 1 min 6. remove and stir 7. give it another minute in the micro. 8. stir it up and add splender to taste (if you like it sweet) this makes a nice big bowl of thick gloopy choco porridge, it only takes 5 mins and its a full breaky in one bowl..... i used this when i get sick of boiled,poached,scrammbled ....eggs. PLUS!! if you leave it in the micro for another few minutes.......it puffs up into a "cake" kinda thingy,.........and litterally quadruples in size........then you can..... 1.leave it to cool... 2. mix a scoop of chocalate whey protien with a really small amount of water...until its like a paste 3. slice the "cake thingy" in half 4. apply the "protien icing"and put the lid on.... and bingo!... you got a big cake thing and no guilt...... mmmmmm cake for breakrfast..........

   | ok.... DB's porridge shake  4-6 eggs (whole) 100g oats milk hot choclate mix egg white powder 2 splenda cook oats in milk for 4 mins in the microwave- put into a blender with abit of water to get a drinkable consistancy nuke eggs for 30 secs - add to blender add scoop of eg hwite powder (unflavored) add 5 teaspoons hot chocolate mix makes about 750ml if done correctly- and drink  thats my brekkie... come on everyone put up your recipies!!!

| i go for the lazy poridge shake! 400ml of semi skimmed milk 2 scoops of unflavoured whey 100mg of powdered oats 1 table spoon of hot choc mix 1 banana mix and bang! my brekie (on the weekends, and when i can be bothered befor work)

| mate i drink it in about 15mins roughly.. its ok mate seriously... takes a while to get the correct consistancy!

| i just had... 50g oats a little honey cinnamon 1 heaped teaspoon of natural peanut butter a few raisins and 1 1/2 scoops of extreme protein....

| sounds lush!! aint cinamon the best stuff?? what flavour protien?? cos if you use apple flavour that would be cracking wi the cinamon..... oooooh i can feel me pipe starting to dribble a bit....
