4 egg whites,
2 whole eggs,
2 scoops of chocolate whey,
1/2 pint of semi skimmed milk,
100 g oats blend together in blender
voila

I just put 75g of dry porridge into a bowl. I add a good amount of boiling water. I leave for 10 mins (until the porridge has expanded and absorbed the water) and then add 2 scoops of whey (Chocolate I find is the best).

Simple and boring but at 06.00hrs in the morning it is all I want.

Ps - The missus cant stand porridge although I have got my 4 year old boy eating the stuff. As long as his looks just like mine he is happy (however, instead of having water and 'daddy's muscle powder' in it he has milk and chocolate nesquick (he doesnt know the difference!)

8 weetabix
2 slices of p.nut butterd toast
met-rx protien drink
handfull of vitamins mmmmmmmmm!;)
cant be assed messing with eggs on a morning anymore this works a treat for me.
weekends i treat myself to a :spammer: breakfeast i love that cheap sh1t lol.

30 g of a varying combo of oats, barley, brown rice, rye, buckwheat or spelt flakes

Wash

Cook in water

Add cinnamon

25-40 g of vanilla or choc whey

Maybe a wee bit of Stevia.

This is lush for me right now.

1.leave it to cool...
2. mix a scoop of chocalate whey protien with a really small amount of water...until its like a paste
3. slice the "cake thingy" in half
4. apply the "protien icing"and put the lid on....

and bingo!... you got a big cake thing and no guilt......

mmmmmm cake for breakrfast..........
Man I bodged this this morning -

I scrambled my eggs in the mic, but I over did them a bit so I thought I would try to loosen it up by adding my runny porridge - which this morning I made chocloate flavour since reading Stus post.
I mixed the two - and it didnt look or smell pretty - it just looked like a bowl of brown and yellow sick.
Not even the dog would eat it lol
Think I''l just stick to eating it all seperatly.

snap

i gave this a bash this morning, obviously with little or no thought so i had to improvise a bit. I did the eggs as told, the oats aswell, i had no bran so i added musli, i also had no seeds so i crushed up some almonds and walnuts. Added 1 scoop vanilla pro powder and 3 t spoons of chocolate powder.

Put it in the micro and put it on, i then emptied the dishwasher and when i got back to my tasty breakfast i had a cake the size of a large Bowler Hat:jerk: .

However as i type this, im sitting here with a bowl of food that could take me 2 days to eat, to be cont.......

its easy...


right i figured out what you must be doing wrong....

its 1 min in the mircro,......take it out check it aint turning into scrambled egg,,,,,,,stir it ......

then give it another minute,......

you only need to get it warm.....dont fcukin try to boil the bastard stuff ......


ooooohhh i can feel a Gordon Ramsey moment coming on,......

Ahh- So your not supposed scambling the eggs? That was my mistake - I actually over scambled them so they were like rubber lol, no wonder the two didnt mix - I even cosidered just thinking of england and stuffing it down but i was wretching just looking at the stuff.
